So, what do you do professionally?


My work is about aligning creativity, technology and insights to build high-performing brand ecosystems. I help businesses scale, differentiate and connect with their audiences through strategic brand development, creative leadership and digital transformation. I currently operate as Vice President of Brand Strategy at TheRiot Agency.


With over 15 years of experience, I started in the creative world directing and editing videos, leading media productions, designing and visual storytelling before expanding into technology-driven digital marketing and developing multi-channel campaigns. Over time, my focus evolved into strategy, automation and digital transformation, bridging the gap between creative execution and business growth.


Today, I work with brands to refine their positioning, launch new initiatives, optimize operations and drive measurable growth. My approach blends creativity with data, ensuring that every initiative delivers impact, scales effectively and connects with the right audience.



What type of businesses do you work with?


I work with businesses in a wide range of industries including aerospace, technology, manufacturing, private equity, print and packaging, transportation, entertainment, finance, health and lifestyle, but my approach isn’t industry-dependent; it’s industry-agnostic.


At the core of every business is the need to connect with people, which is why I focus on B2P (Brand to Person) rather than just B2B or B2C. Brands that resonate on an emotional level build stronger loyalty, engagement and long-term success. Working with executives, decision-makers or end consumers, my goal is to create meaningful, strategic connections that inspire action and drive real results.

I bring a strategic and creative approach to brand development, combining storytelling, data and technology to drive impact and scalability. My expertise spans brand strategy and positioning, helping businesses craft clear, differentiated strategies that fuel growth. As a creative leader, I’ve built and led teams to develop compelling content, video production and multi-channel campaigns that engage audiences and strengthen brand presence.


Beyond creative execution, I specialize in digital transformation and AI-driven automation, leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency, streamline workflows and optimize customer engagement. My work is rooted in data-driven growth, using insights to refine strategies, enhance performance and drive measurable results. By bridging creativity, technology and strategic thinking, I help brands evolve, stay competitive and scale effectively in an ever-evolving landscape.

What do you do outside of work?


Beyond my professional life, I’m invested in education, technology and my community. As Technology Chair for the Haldane School Foundation, I help expand student access to grants and scholarships through strategic fundraising efforts. I also stay hands-on with emerging tools, exploring front-end development, AI automation and data visualization to sharpen my craft. When I can be, I'm on my family’s farm (Wyatt Birch Farm), where working there keeps me grounded and reminds me of the value in building something real, outside of the digital world.
