Work

What I do, how I approach, and where to see it in action.

What I Do

My work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, go-to-market planning, creative operations, and the digital systems that hold it all together. The disciplines vary by engagement, but the core problem is usually the same: an organization has a direction and needs help turning it into something executable.

On the brand and strategy side, that means positioning, messaging, architecture, and customer journey design. On the go-to-market side, it means campaign development, channel planning, and integrated execution. Creative operations is about building the systems and processes that let teams produce at scale without losing quality. And increasingly, a significant part of the work involves digital infrastructure and AI-enabled workflows, connecting CRM, automation, analytics, and revenue operations into something that actually moves the business.

I work across aerospace, advanced manufacturing, transportation, technology, finance, entertainment, and other industries. The context changes. The fundamentals don't.

How I approach

The articles below reflect how I approach the work. They're not thought leadership for its own sake. They're working through problems I've encountered and frameworks that have held up across different clients and contexts.

Work Together

If you're working on something that needs strategic clarity and executional grounding, I'd like to hear about it.
